[BUG反馈] edit content chapter

Hi, I found bug on edit content chapter page in background system. 

I changed save chapter mode to 'direct save' mode (not save to txt). 

When I will edit chapter that users submitted, it's can't loaded data from database. 

But when I set it to 'save to txt' mode, it's can loaded.

If you change halfway, then the previous TXT is not loaded.

Must ensure that the site is the beginning of the choice of SQL storage.

Finally, I suggest that you save with txt because you can significantly increase the loading speed when big data is available.

Then if I change to TXT mode, will my data disappear?
